    LML's

I say keep your truck. Buy a LML if you have the funds without selling your truck. You will definitely regret it few years later after selling your LBZ, with all that work and fun you had with it, you won't get that back. I'm in the same boat as you are, I would like the 15' denali but hate the...

    2017 Duramax

I want to see how it looks under the hood and how the intake is liquid cooled.

    09 lmm crankshaft problems?

Could be less. There are definitely many running without issues, as I am one of them. I added that factor in from those running high HP as well. Not many high hp breaks a crank but it happens. If there was 10 high hp dmax, and 3 of them breaks a crank, that's 30%. I could be wrong, maybe 10% of...

    09 lmm crankshaft problems?

That's because you're on crack :D It's more of a hit and miss. The majority of us have been fine, a low percentage have experienced this. I'd say it's more of a 70% have no crank issues to 30% who have experienced this.

    2319hp duramax?

Who cares how much they're putting down. I'd be impressed when they run a 8 sec truck. Sure I would dyno my own truck but just to get an idea of the average power I'm putting down in the street and to fine tune where the improvement are needed. I don't drag race my truck and never have. Maybe...

Allison 6sp: Alllison spin on remote adapter

What kind of cooler are you using and where did you have it placed in? If you're having pump issues, your cooler may not be sufficient or not well placed to exchange the heat.

Allison 6sp: Alllison spin on remote adapter

I believe he mentioned that he wanted to add in a filter to the power steering system.

    Redhead steering box.

Still working perfectly. Almost 50k miles on it and no leaks. Steering is still tight. I still beat on it pretty good on corners and some off-road. It's cheaper to buy it directly from red head, even after core charge refund, it's around 250 bucks for the box I paid. Definitely well worth it.

    Mark's 72stg2R 4094 billet turbo

I'm curious about what is James asking as well. I'm curious how well it drives and tows with the 60% overs. Personally, I didn't think the 60% overs would be enough to spool the 72r to achieve its full potential.

    LMM: Dual fuel filter instal

You can mount them inside the frame after the fuel tank. That's where mine is mounted, it hangs about 1 1/2" below the frame with my fuel/water separator, primary is hidden behind the frame. Much more concealed and better not to get hit when wheeling.

How To: LMM OS - MAP Scaling

So if you're maxing out the sensor, does this affect the tuning wise? By using the sensor that reads a higher value, is it going to help the ecm read correctly and adjust the fueling and timing to make it more efficient power wise?

    Which flex plate?

What you're experiencing is probably the same as I had. Check the exhaust at the transfer case area, it may be too close to the heat shield for the floorboard. When the engine is under load, it shifts and moves the exhaust upwards to the floor board. Worn motor mounts may be the issue or...

4 link rear end conversion and lift kit

You don't need 2 per corner. James has found a setup that works well to what you want to do. You're asking too much with 2 per corner. Do a 3 link offset wishbone for the rear using sleeved airbag. It all depends on what you use your truck for to get the right combination to set up your suspension.

    Which flex plate?

Well.... I feel stupid now. After Mike mentioned an exhaust can make it similar to a flex plate, I looked over and over countless times to make sure it wasn't. Until I changed my oil yesterday, I found the culprit. The exhaust was rubbing against the heat shield on the floor board between the...

    Lincoln mig welders

You might want to check out Everlast Power MTS 200. It's a dual voltage setup and multiprocess as well. The duty cycle has better specs than the Lincoln MP210. Not to mention, it is cheaper than the Lincoln. You can get the tig setup for the same price the MP210 or just the welding unit for...

    Lincoln mig welders

Sub'd. I'm quite impressed with the everlast specs for the price. I've always used Lincoln and Miller, I prefer Miller. I've always had better quality welds with a Miller than a Lincoln. I hope the everlast can weld good as a Miller does.

LBZ: 1200* steady flat ground towing

Since you're running 33" tall tires, it's somewhat moderate for your egt. Bigger tires increases egts a bit during towing. Stock truck are lower to the ground than yours is. But 1200 is a wee bit too high for what you're towing, is the air filter dirty? Boost leak may be possible. I would expect...

    Which flex plate?

Good to hear, I wasn't sure if the BD would be a good choice. Suncoast is overkill for what I'll do with my truck.

    Which flex plate?

I've been getting the tinging & rattling noise ever since I replaced my trans mount 2 weeks ago. I've determined that the flex plate is now cracked. Which brand do most of you guys prefer?
