Got around to making a new downpipe. This one is more suitably sized.
The old one had 3" pipes joining into a 3" pipe for about 18" before going to 4". Talk about restriction.

Looks great. The beans sump really is the way to go. I installed one a few months ago and it went together very smoothly. I need to rip out all my factory hard lines as well, still running all factory lines from the lift pump forward.

That's where I put mine, as far back as I could.
Well when you are doing that you aren't on the throttle, so nothing will happen. The pump will get a little air, which will mostly get diluted in the filter.

I would recommend Evan at limitless of course, but for a stock truck I would not drive ten hours to get a trans built. If your plans really do include 800+hp then that may be something you should consider. Start adding billet parts and it is going to get pricey quick.

That's a shame. Mine is my daily driver, wife drives the stock truck.
They are fun, but pretty pointless. Can't use the power on the street, pretty much ever, plus always worried about breaking something.

I feel you on the trans stuff. I broke the one on white devil (that was already screwed up) pretty much immediately after getting the truck running right. Took another $5500 to get it to where it is now.
That is also why the truck has only made a handful of passes and rarely sees a tune over...

What have you heard about industrials new cp3? They claim more flow than anything on the market.
