    Header Performance ?

That was pretty wild. I would have expected at least some appreciable power loss. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

LB7: Not building boost, Fuel Issue, Injector issue?? PLEASE HELP

If it ran fine with a new fuel filter then started acting up again I am thinking a bad batch of fuel. Change the filter again. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

oil leak towards back of the motor lly

All of the oil that enters the top of the turbo drains out of the bottom into a hard drain line, which drains into the top of the block. It shouldn't be leaking externally, but oil coming from that area is commonly from that. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

No that's where the oil drain tube is. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

oil leak towards back of the motor lly

Turbo drain comes out of the bottom of the turbo and drains into the top of the block under the up pipe flanges. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    Fuel rail pressure

You will actually get 26k with the reg unplugged. The pressure is higher than that, but that is all the lly rail pressure sensor will read. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

Dual feed line kit for dual cp3's.

I have the II line on the white truck. No issues so far at some very high rail pressure. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    Loud knock, black smoke

Couldn't get an injector locally, so called LDS and had them overnight one yesterday, got here today at 2:30, test drive done by 4:00. Balance rates are perfect and everything is back to normal. Turns out that on the efilive dvts, injector six is actually injector eight. Wish it had been...

    Loud knock, black smoke

Did this after I swapped injector 8 and 5 (because 5 is easiest to get to). Used a stethoscope on eight and could hear it hammering. Truck almost started after that then would turn over fast then hit a wall, which I am guessing was a partial hydro lock. Pulled the glow plug out of five and it...

    Loud knock, black smoke

Not giving me balance rates. This thing is knocking like it is coming apart until I shut off one injector. Would I be able to shut off a hung injector? Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    Loud knock, black smoke

I have, but most of the time you lose an entire bank when that happens, and it throws injector open circuit codes. I am getting no codes. Just swapped injector three and six, no change. So either the efilive dvts are mislabeled or it is a hard part problem. Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

    Loud knock, black smoke

Driving my stock truck yesterday, gave it a little half throttle pull from 65-90mph, literally half throttle, fifth gear. Slowed back down to normal and it started knocking bad on one cylinder. Drove it home sounding like a tractor, fortunately was only about three miles. It accelerates fine...

    Turbo oiling issues

a journal turbo is always going to have up and down movement without oil pressure. it is the in and out movement you need to worry about. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk

    Turbo oiling issues

shouldn't matter, pretty much everyone supplies atmos from that location. he was saying that with the gauge hooked up to the block it goes to 58psi instantly, but with the -4 line on the block with the gauge at the end it is very slow to build to 58psi. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
