    Not sure on the barking them but they all had wastegates that seemed set on the low side. I had a BB garrett on my 02 PSD put about 60K on it and 35psi pulled it off to sale and it needed to be rebuilt the comp had hit the housing a little. So to say there that much better not really sure on...

    I'll be hitting up the track soon i hope i'v been a little busy here lately which is a good thing :D For me and living down here in south florida i think the psi is just right will see i'v only changed the oil once and the filter twice so far i haven't busted one open yet on the cool start ups

I drilled out all 8 ball and springs in the oil squirters and so far added no shims to the relief valve it runs 110-120psi on a 38* start up and driving down the road hot runs 65-70psi now hot idle is...

    Mine seems to do the same thing I think it's do to the LBZ pump on a LLY/LB7 and a slightly moded reg mine does it after the converter locks 48-55mph then goes away. It is annoying

    Check the oil pressure sensor and low oil sensor wireing on the lower driver side that runs up behind the A/C power steering pump bracket up front to the top of the engine harness make sure they were not pinched behind that bracket Also make sure you have enough oil in it
