That is awesome! I have the 3-4 bang too and hate it. Could you edit your first post or post here a complete list of what all you parts you used? Mines still holding strong but the 3-4 bang is really getting on my nerves. Lol- Bustedknuckles

LLY: After Head Gasket Questions
I really don't think the head gaskets are your actual issue it's really hard to screw up that badly on a MLS gasket. I suspect a crackhead but I guess we'll see shortly!- Bustedknuckles

Its a MLS gasket. It would almost be worth a shot just to retorque the studs. If they are tight you have a cracked head.- Bustedknuckles
