Replacement headlights
I just went through this while fixing up a '96 Z-71. I had bought from iPex before on a newer model and was very happy with them. I just bought a set from them for this '96 and they were absolutely terrible. The bulbs did not seal like factory as the holes were too big and the plug on the bulbs...- Max Attitude

Autometer Gauges
I have Autometer Sport Comp II Boost and pyro gauges. My pyro gave me problems bouncing around so they sent me a new probe/wire. Same problem with the new parts and I just left it for about 5+ years. LB7: Water pump reuse and mod question.
Get a new one. The seals go bad eventually. Just did mine this year from leaking out of the weep hole. 150,000 miles. Got a new AC Delco on Amazon for $68- Max Attitude
