You guys know what might be causing this? Left home for the gym backing out of my driveway, had to stop for a second to wait for a car to pass and noticed it was reving up and down. I took a short video of it but missed the more pronounced surging, but you'll get the idea. It only does it on gear, foreword or reverse. Before I got the video going, it was jumping from 500 to 1000 rpm

Mine will high idle even at a start around 50 degrees up to 1000 rpms. I wonder if the brake pedal switch is acting up not telling it to come out of elevated idle.

Brake switch won't matter unless they've changed since the LLY/LMM.
I pulled the brake safety switch on both my trucks so I didn't have to hit the brakes to put it gear, and when elevated idle is going, as soon as I pop it into gear it idles right down.

Have not seen one let go myself yet but I think I've heard of similar symptoms before they let go.

I don't know the symptoms personally either, but I dont know if its my imagination or not..but my old lly and my lmm work truck all have a very smooth engine tone/vibration while driving (let's say 60mph) This one almost seems like it has a vibration or a miss when driving... Tough to explain tho.. Could just be my imagination because now I'm paying attention to everything
