Have had these on for almost a month now. I like them. They ride nice even though cranked up the front bars about 4-5 turns and added 2" rear lift blocks. Still rides better than stock. They seem a little cheap finish wise with the paint.
There was a set of Hercules MT's on an old truck I bought and one of them went bad. They looked really nice but from what I read their sidewalls weren't built as tough. You get what you pay for generally.
LML uses a plate?
On my '05 I used a 1" barstool cap as suggested in a post an another forum years ago. Something like this- http://www.lowes.com/pd_37824-255-4440795N___?productId=3032995&pl=1&Ntt=1%22+leg+tip
Have you tried it without the switch mounted in place…hanging loose? I have had it where when it's mounted was a tight fit and something was pressing on the switch making it not work.
Mine limped pretty easily on the 100 Ped tune but mine is a 5 Speed. Now run mine on #4 setting with EFI and no issues. Predators are pretty potent.
Put a Transgo Jr in your 6 speed and you can run that 120 tune no problem. ;)
I also ran a Predator tuner and agree it was the best box tuner for the money. I didn't really have any complaints about it but my truck does run a little better now with EFI and the switch on the fly is super nice.
Don't think for a second they don't know what they're doing. I agree, we do need to take a stand and I hope this terrible regime for the past 7 years was enough to wake US up.
:yup: It's on the to do list for my truck too. I've done these on other trucks and it makes a big difference.
I'd say they are overlooked too because it takes more effort to do them.
