I think so, Without putting words in Pat's mouth, I think he was talking about the frame having a wax coating for corrosion protection, and the pads from the lift "creeping" because the wax was sliding off the frame. Well...........right now it is blowing about 20mph, with gusts to 35 mph. The temperature has warmed up a little (which usually comes with the wind), and it is about 25*F. That is a great idea....I know the guys at the local Chevy dealership pretty well. I will go talk to them. I have been looking at the commercial lifts, I am not afraid to spend a little more $$ to keep from getting killed.:eek: Anyone else have any other ideas?- BlkMax

I never bothered with it until I installed my first chip/EGT. With the Banks installed, I would let it idle until the EGT dropped below 300*, I prefer 275*. I have the AeroForce duals on my LB7 and they work great! You need to fill out your signature so we can see what you have. There are differences between the engine types that effect what you can scan with the AeroForce gauges. EFILive can be purchased from many of the vendors on this site...- BlkMax

I installed a PPE lift pump with a PPE pickup as part of my turbo upgrade. When I logged the fuel pressure, I noticed something I think is kind of strange. The pressure goes from about 12 psi at idle to over 32 psi when I get into the throttle. Has anyone noticed this when using a lift pump...- BlkMax

EFILive windows 7 with efi
Sorry, missed the part about a netbook. My netbook is Windows XP. Can't help with Windows 7 :(. But I just downloaded the software and loaded it up. You might try the EFILive Forum. They seem pretty on the ball when I ask an EFI tech question there....
