My friend Austin had his Allison built by Mike L. summer of 2008? Suncoast IV, billet input/output shafts, C3 oiler and I think that's it. Well his truck hit 60k miles and the dealership told him to have his trans fluid flushed. So he agreed and they "flushed it." Well he called me the other day and I didn't have a chance to look at it until today. It had thrown those codes plus shift range inhibited. So I jumped under the truck and it doesn't look like they put a new spin-on on it. I checked the fluid and it didn't look or smell burnt.
He put 240 highway miles on it after the fluid change. He was in 6th gear the entire time, except for when it went into limp mode when he was 1/2 mile from home.
Mods he has done to it: Lift pump, DSP5 with a race tune, 5" MBRP exhaust and then the built trans and that's it.
I'm lost, please help
