    LML build test

Lml pistons holding up to 83/66 twins, a single 83mm truck and a 75mm single truck. I do delip them and open the bowl up before installing. I have seen a few trucks with h and s melt/crack some 6.7 cummins pistons and lml pistons, nothing with efi live. Hopefully the tuning has gotten better.

It was the governor pressure sensor and transducer. That was most likely the problem all along. I am glad to hear you got it fixed.

    Gate idea

Actually I would consider 2 wastegates 1 on each up pipe Sent from my SPH-L300 using Tapatalk

    Gate idea

Just my opinion. I still use wastegates and never tried to prove it. I would be leary of running them off the egr port on anything with more backpressure than the stock turbine. Sent from my SPH-L300 using Tapatalk

    Gate idea

I was working under the same idea. I had a wastegate on egr port. I was running about 3800 rpm in 4th gear. The gate was open. The boost line to open the gate blew and the gate shut abruptly. On the way back down to the pit the oil light came on. Magged crank it was cracked normal spot. I have...

    Gate idea

Good point. It does look like the danville setup may tap both runners or sides. I think my crank broke because of imbalance in backpressue. I was gated off of the egr port on a twin setup at the time. Sent from my SPH-L300 using Tapatalk

    New garret gtx4088 - sema

It it in a gt4094 and a powermax. There is a gt40 turbine in the 4088 standard that melts in a vgt as well. (Ford guys tried it) I think a gtx4088 avnt would be sick. Workstock vgt ftw! Sent from my SPH-L300 using Tapatalk

    42re help

If you don't have a scan tool go to the govoner port. Line pressure should match roaf speed. As in 1 psi for ever mph. That would keep it from completing shifts.

    42re help

That is common. The back half comes off in car. But if its staying on the directs that means the servo for kickdown band is not movibg releasing 3rd gear oil and applying band. I suppose it could be sticking but most likely there is no hydralics.

Like I said the 87 tw would do better with the fuel you have. Its just going to be tough to tow on. Do you sled pull?
