    T4 S4s and gt42s are close enough they can be bolted in place of each other. The gtx is the same size to as far as I know.

    I had a good experience at the dpc. I didn't spend much. I drove my competition truck 1700 miles to the event and was lucky enough not to get bit by mechanical failure. I gained a lot of exposure as well. There were some rule changes to let competitors have a shot at a better performance...

    I you lost power then the regulator would default open causing high pressure. I would guess its pulling in air through a cracked hose/fitting before the lift pump.

    Air could be leaking past the injectors, injector cups, intake/exhaust valves, or head gaskets. It could also be air escaping past the rings. You should be able to feel if its leaking past the valves or injectors either through the ports or near the injector body if that is the case.

    Definitely get some braces for the next go round. I have sleeves and braces with stock keys and the bolts removed and have never had an issue. My cv angle is a bit negative as well.

    Yours is 3.5. Llys-lmms were changed, but lb7s dont really give a choice nor is there issues with tight fitment.

    The earlier kits had 3.5 tubing but the bends needed to be cut so deep to fit it would end up with oblong ends and took considerable effort to straighten out. So they were reduced to 3 inch to reduce fab time and improve asthetics. The outlet on a 475 is 3 inch IIRC as well, the flange is 3...

    I think you'd be surprised if you tested the intercooler. I have tested several and they leak more often than not.

    Congrats dan! Unless my eyes deceive me, the 4wd burnouts in the box were pretty cool too. Never seen it done before with a diesel.

    Was the flex plate replaced at the time the motor was built? Sounds like it could be a clearance issue, or lack thereof. I really doubt your problem is power output.

    Looks good to me. Powder will come off if the chrome is peeling.
