I think GM and Ford will have to bump their power up because when Ram comes out with their new 8speed trans they will probably bump their power up big time. They haven't been able to do it because of their shit transmissions.

Don't assume the new transfer case is good. If trans is grinding while going into park; something in the transfer case is still turning. Hook up a Tech2 and watch what the turbine speed sensor is reading while standing stiil in gear. It better be 0.
Didn't you post on another forum that you cross drilled the C2 piston with a 1/8 drill bit? If so you were wrong on the size needed. And .080 clearance is not your problem.
You are totaly wrong about the 400. It used a vacum control valve to shift it and in most cases wasn't adjusted correctly or the vacum lines were crossed or the valve itself failed.
The first problem here is you think you did everything right. You didn't list the code #'s. You installed the C2 piston mod when you should have been advised not to. You bought your kit from a company that doesn't give you support on their product. You don't know if in fact the valve body is ok...
