    Mainline pressure comes in a little sooner to the trim valves to help clean up the shifts. You can feel the difference at WOT.

    Words of wisdom from a man that knows. (y) If I was going to run a hot rod Duramax it would have a K in it. The K was built for Anthony (gmduramax), Dustin at ATP, and Verlon Southwick at ATP. Dave Goerend and I didn't know how kick ass this converter would be.

    1058 is as loose as it gets and it doesn't couple worth a shit. Call Mark at Danville. Something may be goofy with your tune.

    Never seen an Allison 1000 without its own separate TCM.

    AC Delco filters are exact same filter as Allison but cost 40.00. Your choice.

    Depends on flow. I have never tested it but will as I have an adapter to check flow on spin ons. We need to see 125 psi going in and out max. Any more will get dumped to sump by the control main valve. Any less will cause big problems.

    Problem is the Allison spin on is 27 micron for a reason. It allows proper flow for the solenoids and valvebody. After market spin ons are 15 micron which can act like a partialy restricted filter and may cause improper shifting and damage to the clutches.

    If it's a built trans it has the full TransGo kit in it. So the TransGo JR is already installed because they are the same kit except for the C2 piston mod. My trim springs will make it shift better along with the Ratiotek spring. Do not use the shim and make sure you drill out the bell housing...
