21’ l5p 5500 cab and chassis speed limit and stabilitrack

Just bought a 2021 l5p 5500 cab and chassis this morning. Please tell me there is a work around for the 75mph speed cutoff. Need at least 10-15mph more

Also any way to permanently turn stabilitrack off for speeds over 20mph . As soon as i take a turn anywhere over 20 it kicks in and dies on its face.

They are rated at 75 that’s why Chevy put the limiter at 75. But I would have no problem buying new tires with a higher rating. And sometimes you just need a few more miles an hour to get around somebody and it’s just not there.
