    I love the way my truck shifts (smooth and tight) after I have been towing a heavy load for several hundred miles straight. Is there a way to view what the TAPS have learned and what the current setting is? I would love to have the truck shift like this all the time but it works its way out...

    if its UPS you have to take pictures of how it arrived and provide details of how it was packed in the box. Most likely they will say that there was insufficient packing and deny the shipping insurance claim.

    The kenwood units are great. they use Garmin maps and the bluetooth option is friggin sweeet! way better than oem units

    What is the engineering logic behind dropping PSI during TCC lockup from the factory? Is this for comfort? longevity? creating a weak point to protect the internal hard parts? :confused:

    I think it is a valid questions and not something that would breach market share of custom tuners. One of the best ways to get this answered is to make a phone call to one of the custom tuners (they are very helpful) but it is nice for the rest of us to read the solutions as well.

    I read somewhere (can't remember which site, most likely dieselplace) that the new LMM duramax TCM records and tattles to GM on how much input torque has been applied to the input shaft of the allison transmission. If this is in fact true, then can a pid be created to use EFI Live to display...

    Mike, I'm still curious on the pressure drop. Like Josh asked, would Tow Haul cause the 100psi pressure drop to occur in second gear when the TCC locks up or does the pressure drop only occur at 5th gear lockup regardless of 2-4 TCC lockup? This would mean that Tow Haul would be bad for those...
