    i agree with the return lines being loose, also just to make sure befor you pull the valve covers take a really good look at the fuel rails and down in the valley. any leaks in the valley drain down the back of the motor and around the bell housing. hopefully its an external leak.

    i have a banks i/c not that it really matters. i will almost refuse to send my injectors off, why? because i know what they will say, nozzles are junk bodies are bad etc. That is how they make money so i will have to buy new injectors and have them flowed on top of the cost of them checking...

    we swapped the wires at the connector that hooks to the internal harness and yes they are all back to stock locations now. might have worked if they would have know the true firing order and i couple other issues with the cam....

    I might take you up on the offer I appriciate it. They would be ok if they ever cleaned up but if I'm in the throttle whatsoever it's smoking really not sure why these turbos would ever not be able to clean up the smoke of a stock tune?????

    with my current setup i can't build a tune a tune that makes it run right, tried a couple other peoples tunes and they got rid of some of the rattle but none of the smoke. the truck hazes/smokes anytime im in the throttle enough to accelerate, idle is clean. even wide open with stock pulse width...

    Shifts have very little to do with this issue I held 3rd at 2500+ and maintained speed. Still smoking still high egts I did bump them up some just to see a while back I just think these nozzles are way to much for a dd at this elevation

    Wastegate for stock turbo

    fwiw gating only one side works fine, that is how we do all our 6.4 wastegates on basic setups. Did you end up getting a gate?

    i would do the 60's, at high altitude 100 overs are a pain to try to tune and from my experience not really necessary unless its a comp only truck.

    never updated this, it was the alt. firing order cam..........dont even ask Guy was kind enough to overnight Saturday deliver a cam to me and i was able to continue weeding through some of the other little issues. but it ran right as soon as i first fired it up after the cam swap.
