are you planning on using the factory cooler and and aux cooler. why not just get the ppe pieces, this way there is no more coolant and you can just buy a cooler whatever size you want. also make sure to get a t stat for it.
one thing i noticed reading through this is a lot of you guys have higher mileage trucks, still using the original oil cooler??
also if you are thinking that the second turbo is using too much oil you could always consider going ball bearing. they use nearly no oil.

Almost positive you can get it either way. Fwiw If I was to run the 5k again I would gate it to keep dp down and use the standard t3 housing so spoolup isn't slowed
I am doing the same thing with my 76. Very small ex housing so it spools as fast as possible then gate of any excess.
With the 6spd I really doubt you would run out of gear at the end of the track with some smaller tires. Nothing wrong going through the traps spinning high rpms. Jmo.

ya, the heads are nearly the same but once ported they flow around 230 cfm. we have a set we are working on that will flow around 300cfm and im sure a set will find their way to Aaron.
