    the lbz has the two piece gear, but i didnt mention that as like you said they both have the same tooth count and pitch. kinda like me saying the block is the same, they arent but as far as the mounting hole for the cp3 its identical. im not arguing with you, more or less in agreement...

    it was a stitch weld that somehow had cracked? either way Phil's customer service made up for a small leak that i fixed in 5 min.

    Well it was the converter, a weld cracked. Normally I would have been pretty upset about it but Phil at DPC was doing everything possible to help me out, he was even going to rush me another converter. I know these things happen but it wasnt a big deal to me because of the way Phil stood behind...

    the old one i removed wasnt damaged or have any nicks in it but i swapped it just to be sure. leaks the same as before....

    Andrew, as much as i hate to say it i would be inclined to think he is right. My ported heads from the same shop i dropped several liners, had loose guides, etc and i only had a couple hundred miles on them.........

    Should have everything in the next few days, get pistons coated and I'm ready to assemble. I'm ready to have my truck back
