Needed maybe not but look at it like this the way a lbz/lmm dual pump kit (ppe) has all the pressure both pumps feeding into the driver side rail i would think it would be a good idea to port the passenger side as well
The lmm hydro booster has been a direct swap for me and works much better than what came with the truck. Not sure on the lml ones may have to give it a try one day
Just how much of a price increase would it be using .120 wall for both hot/cold side? Or how much more would it be to add say 3'' of .120 wall on each end you clamp? And is there not a size between .065 and .120 to try out in aluminium?
I have installed 3 or 4 of the new 165 4G airdogs they are super quiet as for output they were low hp trucks so i can't say how much better it is over the older stuff
I haven't read this whole thread but i take it that the guy you bought this truck from did a lot rigging/cutting corners? To take a hose clamp on a oil feed line and use it as a restrictor wtf LMAO
