LLY: what rods to use
LBZ/LMM rods are fine for 650-700rwhp. The problem is you will always want a little more HP once you have it up and running good then you will look back and say man i should've put some better rods in it. At min i would use a good set of rods in a mild build- skintback

Fuel pump
If it has the original fuel filter housing on it I would replace the whole thing gm#12642623 there about 120 bucks at the dealer comes complete with filter and all it will not be a waste of money 2 bolts hold it to the valve cover 2 hose hookups heater plug in water in fuel plug in wires. I... -

New Aeromotive lift pump
I see Aeromotive has a pump out now for the diesel world part number 11802 is anyone running one yet? I see this one is only rated at 135gph where the test one in this thread was 162gph? Looks nice i like the cat filter and gauge but the pump and install kit is a little pricey but maybe it's get...- skintback

Try checking the inlet on the heat exchanger in the radiator it will be the bottom hook up from the trans to radiator. look good with a light and mirror- skintback

New Wagler intake!!!
Can the cp3 pump be installed/removed with the intake in place? As for running a VGT with a spacer under it means custom up pipes and oil drain? I really like the idea of no Y bridge to worry about leaking :thumb:- skintback

They all do a good job just get one that seals up good and reroute your return fuel line in the tank to return outside the stock pickup towards the sump :thumb: -

Well beings the rail sensor is in the passenger side rail and the video showed the best rail pressure being made with just a driver side ported fitting i would say no. I would install a sump over a pickup tube. -
Question: Swapping Fan Clutchs
Looks like the direct swap part numbers for the severe duty hayden is 2843 for the lb7/lly and 2850 for lbz/lmm about 140.00 at the parts here- skintback
