    I have rebuilt 2 stock 6 speeds that did the same thing as you described. The problem with both of these trucks were the torque converters.

    If you don't have a good scanner to monitor everything while driving it down the road. I would start by pulling the speed sensor in the transfer case out and make sure it is not getting chewed on by touching the gear it picks up the signal up from. Then i would check both front wheel bearings...

    Put a good scanner on it and watch to see what the fuel rail pressure is doing. Sounds like it is still sucking air if it will fire up and run but for only 15 sec at a time then shut off? You could unplug the fuel pressure regulator on the cp3 pump and see if it stays running.

    Have you scanned it while it's happening check what the rail pressure is doing? How about main line pressure have you watched it while driving? Did you reset the taps and put it in fastlearn with a Tech2? What year truck and mods? Maybe try another TCM out of a good running truck

    Have you ever pulled and pressure washed the radiator if not worth a shot you would be surprised at what will build up in them. I have ran the mcrat T-stats and they ran pretty cool.

    Any fuel in the oil? I would start with a brand new filter housing from the dealer there about 125 bucks and come with a filter. The first thing that comes to my mind is a very weak cp3 pump bad regulator or the pickup in the fuel tank is clogged or a restriction somewhere down the line. the...
