    Get the suncoast kit, PPE doesn't have anyone you can talk to if you have a problem and suncoast guys are super helpful and Im sure Mike gets tired of guys calling and picking his brain when they don't buy parts from him. I really wish he would put a kit together....

    No-one would blame the tuner if it broke a crank, what are you trying to say with that comparison? That being said obviously duramaxtuner would not be were they were today if they weren't doing something right. Its just a well known fact that tuning is a major contributor to lbz piston failures...

    That rattle and lag is a tuning issue most likely. Id try a tune from a different tuner just to see what happens. Have you tested for boost leaks and what boost is each turbo making?

    Id put regular bolts back in. I'm going to buy a 5mm flex head Allan from snapon for when I take mine back apart. A buddy of mine whose done dozens of lb7 injector jobs says that saves more time than you can imagine.

    Definetly. On mine I had to take the passenger head back off because I had a valve not seating but mine was a LOUD thump. I still have that pumping noise you are describing though. You should roll the pushrods on a flat surface and make sure they are straight if you pull it back apart.

    Cummins guys run with no coolant for like 5 minutes at a set rpm to break thier engines in. You might want to look into that.

    LBZ: Anyone Done White LED Dash Lights?

    Its a PITA. I leave the front cover off and use scan tool data to set the needles. There's gotta be a better way but I haven't figured it out.... I use 2 spoons to pull the needles, the tools bend too much.

    My buddy had a TCT billet 75mm on his lb7 and it had that most rediculous turbo whistle I've ever heard out of a fixed blade turbo except for Dmitri Millards garret ball bearing twins. That being said my 66 has a nice whistle to it, especially on decel.

    Mine ticks under load after doing head gaskets but its been that way for 2 years now and I'm pretty sure its injectors. On the low coolant light you might have gotten the AC pressure sensor and coolant sensor connectors switched. I know because I did. Lol

    I'd say mount it behind the cab above the stacks and use the exhaust for cooling airflow. EGT's with those triple's are going to be cool enough that it will work perfectly. LOL
