    Yeah, he told me the spec but I forget, its like as close as can possibly be done and they are flowed with special fluid that's almost the same as diesel. 30% over. Yeah it is!

    Its super easy. I just googled it and found a thread with instructions and pictures. Keep the pintles with the nozzles when you ship them out and don't loose the spring and spacer and and poppet out of the body!

    Send the nozzles to Extrude Hone. I just had mine honed to 30% over and they work perfectly and it only cost me right around $300.

    I saw it on a brand new set of POS DTS heads. The guy didn't feel like tearing it apart again so he put blue devil head gasket sealer in and its been fine for over a year!

    Alright I put a few miles on it now! It definitely runs a lot better than it did with worn out stockers, I cant wait for my new tunes to get here now! Last night was just a fail between 2 cups pulling out and dropping the brush into the cylinder but at least my truck wasn't even down a day...

    I haven't put any miles on it, hopefully at lunch time I can put coolant in and change the oil and run it. It didn't go so smooth, 2 injector cups pulled out and I managed to drop the bore brush into the cylinder 0_o. This is the brush

    Yea, just cut a notch in the bed rail to get the broken piece out and put and bolt and nut back in

    Injector tips are supposed to be here today and I'm putting them in tomorrow night. Updated tunes are ordered from ATP. I cant wait!

    Was the dowel pin missing like it said in that second pic I posted? Man I'm glad to hear you got it running! How did you figure out what was wrong?

    A guy I know did that. Honed the cylinder and put new piston on and it ran great for years till he sold it! And it broke pulling a load over a mountain.
