    If the cel is on with a trans code it will shift hard at higher pressure. Garage shifts will be harsh. Might even be stuck in 4th? Can you clear the tcm codes and recheck.     Sputtering!!???

    My first guess would be a dirty maf sensor, oil from k and n filter. But it could be a variety. Could you get a data log and post it. Or on the lly you can unplug the maf and drive it, see if it goes away. If it does you have a downstream air bypass, bad maf, or something along those lines.

    The threads on the lbz/lmm glow plugs was relocated further down the stem. So drilling tapping helicoiling etc is a little trickier on these models. I have had good luck with the straight flute extractor so i think you will be fine. there is a pi from gm that relates to glow plug tungston tips...

    I was going to suggest that because he was probably outside and it is awful cold. I just wasn't sure how to safely get fire in there. Do you think going in through the inspection hole would be a good idea or did you have a different plan?
