Sputtering!!???

I just recently purchased a 2005 lly, I have put a lil over 1,000 miles since I got it, it.has started sputtering once in 5th.gear and cruising about 70 mph, it will do a couple times then go away, it has new filters, what could cause this? The truck has a banks six gun, k&n cold air intake. Any help would be awesome! Thanks

My first guess would be a dirty maf sensor, oil from k and n filter. But it could be a variety.
Could you get a data log and post it.
Or on the lly you can unplug the maf and drive it, see if it goes away.
If it does you have a downstream air bypass, bad maf, or something along those lines.
