    Bad fuel

Will do thanks. And I lost this cover on sending unit. I guess it just holds diesel in the cup? For below 1/4 tank issue.

That would suck. I jost won't drive when it's below freezing lol. The egr is my main concern.

    Egr delete is a must

My lb7 never has smelt like burnt oil. Oil film on the inside of the intercooler has to reduce cooling efficiency.

    Egr delete is a must

I agree. My lb7 with 250000 miles looks brand new on the intake side. Pcv on them dump on the ground.

    New ride

Thanks zak. I've read on the finger sticks. Everything I've read said the tranny is ok for 50-100 hp. I put a simple 6psi fuel pump and cat pre filter on my lb7 and no issues. Even though this truck pulls harder than the lb7 can always use more power lol. Thanks again for the advise.

    Egr delete is a must

Changing injectors and cp3. This is what the egr intake pipe looked like with 130k on the clock. I was debating on doing a delete on my lbz I just picked up. But it's got to go. 1/8"-1/4" all the way around clogged. Stupid.

Also fist truck I've bought for myself since 1999. And I still own it. Reg cab 4x4 with 450000 on the clock. Keeping it. It's my workhorse.

    New ride

Thanks yngdmax and firefight. I love it. Really. The previous owner did cut the muffler off and cat. I love the way it sounds. I wouldn't have done it. Glad he did. Let it breath right. I planned on leaving it stock but working on an lly today and pulling that egr intake pipe, I was like screw...

    Bad fuel

Fuel tank was nasty. Got it cleaned. High pressure lines had brown algae and metal shavings. So a new pump on the way. Damn what an ass kicking today.

    New ride

Thanks. Took me along time to find one near 100k mile mark. At least where the price tag wasn't near 30. Just picked up the wix base for the pre filter.

    New ride

Got the interior cleaned up yesterday. Which it didn't need much lol. I love how it has the manual ac controls. Can't stand the digital in the lb7. Put 200 miles on it so far. Balance rates still good so I hope I'm in the clear. Always nervous about a used truck and if there's some problem...

    Bad fuel

Dropping tank tonight and flushing. Also going to flush cooler and fuel line going to filter head. Plus rails and hp lines of coarse. Question. I guess the only way to flush the cp3 is to crank it once new fuel is up to it. Disconnecting the return line?

Injector install soon what else should I do

X2 on pulling all cups. You don't want one lifting and have to do this all over again. The 1/2" anchor bolt works good. Plus let that loctite set 24hrs before starting or adding coolant.
