Yeah checking form on everything. Been doing hard flexes at top of reps on various things, it's crazy how wrong you can be doing something and barely be doing it different. You do have to really focus on what you are trying to hit. Since I've been flexing on reps my chest and biceps are getting way more sore. I'm gonna bump my weight up on squat I've been doing short rest 225x10x4. And it's killing me. I've also been leg pressing before squat it limbers me up, but wears me out also, I did 810 8 times 4 sets on leg press then did 225x10x4 squat that's was last friday. Only time I've had sore legs a week later on leg day again.
