Hit the traps, shoulders and abs hard this evening.

4x10 shrugs

4x10 rear shrugs; super set those with farmer walks using plates.

4x10 dumbbell shoulder presses. 90, 100, 110, 120.

4x10 barbell behind the head shoulder press. 4x80.

4x10 steering wheels...doubt that's what they're called but they are killer. Used a 35lb weight.

Front and lateral raises. 4x10 super set.

Hit the abs and called her good for the day.

Squat pr 243, 10lb pr. Went for 245 failed I think mentally I wasn't prepared. But still happy with a new 1RM

Then go mornings or at lunch like I do.. if I didn't go at lunch I wouldn't get to go.

Like Katie and Corbin said get your ass in there and get it done. I have trained at 3AM before, it sucked but it had to be done:thumb:

We have a small gym at work. Might be time to step up. Lol

On a side note. Took my oldest to the batting cage. I jumped in at the end of the night and did some. Felt good afterwards. Lol.

Only someone who has played will know the feeling. To hop in a cage and get back in the swing of it and then get ahold of a couple really good.

No time unless I do it at 5-6:00 am.

Evenings are packed with the kids. Lol

5-6 a.m it is then once your hooked getting up is easy. Most days I have to go for 5 A.M if I'm going to be able to go so that's what I do. With the shop being crazy I don't get to bed until midnight so anythings doable if you want to.

I read through here and all it does is make want to go join the gym and get in shape again!

Once you start going you'll wonder why in the hell you didn't start sooner.

Get through the first two weeks of being pretty damn sore and stiff and you'll be hooked.

Week of PRs! 193lb DL. I could have went heavier but ran it of time before the WOD in class.

Ok ok I'll just try to work off what u put on this winter lol I'm like 14 pounds up, I should probably aim closer to 220 body weight since I hit 228 last year.

I'd like to take this opportunity to open a can of worms; what do you all do on a cut? What do you change? How do you eat and train?

I don't change training at all, and switch to slow carb. Dabbled in paleo, but root veggies still puff me up and I like beans too much to give up.

It's tough, but 6 weeks of that and it's a shredfest. Plus I don't eat bad on a bulk...just ice cream before bed 4-5 nights a week. :D

Edit: for added detail, I'm ~195 and ~16% BF right now and I've been gaining since October.

I am not the guy to ask, I just cut my gigantic carb meals in half and eat alot of tuna lol
