Ok ok I'll just try to work off what u put on this winter lol I'm like 14 pounds up, I should probably aim closer to 220 body weight since I hit 228 last year.

I am not the guy to ask, I just cut my gigantic carb meals in half and eat alot of tuna lolI'd like to take this opportunity to open a can of worms; what do you all do on a cut? What do you change? How do you eat and train?
I don't change training at all, and switch to slow carb. Dabbled in paleo, but root veggies still puff me up and I like beans too much to give up.
It's tough, but 6 weeks of that and it's a shredfest. Plus I don't eat bad on a bulk...just ice cream before bed 4-5 nights a week.
Edit: for added detail, I'm ~195 and ~16% BF right now and I've been gaining since October.
