Hahhaha it's just not my favorite, if I do DL it's light weight high reps so I've never really attempted a max weight. 193 was super easy which I was surprised at lol.

I'd like to take this opportunity to open a can of worms; what do you all do on a cut? What do you change? How do you eat and train?
I don't change training at all, and switch to slow carb. Dabbled in paleo, but root veggies still puff me up and I like beans too much to give up.
It's tough, but 6 weeks of that and it's a shredfest. Plus I don't eat bad on a bulk...just ice cream before bed 4-5 nights a week.
Edit: for added detail, I'm ~195 and ~16% BF right now and I've been gaining since October.

Girl you gotta perfect the sh*t we don't like :hug:... I hate squats, but probably put more effort into them than any lift. Mainly they aggravate my low back, and stymy my other lifts because of the soreness. I'm squatting 3+ again relatively pain free so small steps.
Any who, 193 is a good pull and you should be proud of that. I bet with your leg strength, a little focus and your deadlift will go through the roof:thumb:

No I do pop my hips up first, only after I gash my shin open like I did with the 455 lol. And thanks but I had on my versa grips lol. After I rake my shin a few times I find myself trying to keep the bar off of my legs and end up using my lower back a bit more than I probably should.Only thing I saw and I do it to so don't think I'm calling you out, your hips came up quick and almost like you low backed that a little. Could also be the angle. I'm trying to get myself setup so I get tight, grab the bar and sit back almost just letting leverage initiate the pull. But I also have a completely facked back so it helps me not hurt either. But cudos on a double overhand, bet those forearms screamed. And...CONGRATS!!!! 505 is bad ass man
