Went to order a belt and decided to look more. Albert you have the Toro bravo lever from Anderson correct? Corbin you have the rouge Ohio correct? I been looking at those 2 and also the Inner forever belt...Shouldn't not looked as I'm back to square 1. I know all 3 are great but curious on pros and cons of each if any

I got the rouge 13 mm belt and I love it, single prong. Takes about a year to break it in lol

Yep Toro lever belt.
Pro's
quick and easy getting in and out of it
American made (Texas)
Cheap for a quality lever belt
Con's
If your body weight fluctuates a lot it can be hard to get the belt tightness correct (to loose or to tight)
Takes a screw driver to adjust the size
It's made in Texas:rofl:

Traditional non lever belts
Pro's
All the weak people really like them:D
Con's
They don't always go well with dress slacks

Lever belts are for people who are to weak to get a traditional belt tight:)

Why start out your workout by cheating and using leverage to get your belt on:D

This is true Albert, never thought about if your weight goes up an down affecting the fit

I go between 3 holes in mine, I'm glad I got a belt where I and right in the middle of all the holes. I can usually get another hole out of mine after the first set when it stretches a bit.

Stayed home from work so I wouldn't spread the sickness. Got a extreme sinus infection, on a few med now. Hopefully go back to gym next week. Is what it is, stay healthy fellas

So an Xmark Lumberjack bar showed up at my gym a few days ago. Seems like an okay bar. Knurling is deep but not pointy. Gonna dead with it today and see how it does.

Best thing to do is get some rest.

Boiled a dozen eggs or the egg whites and cooked 3 lbs of chicken last night.. going to try and do that with two extra protein shakes a day for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Probably add 5 min of hit cardio in a day too. Want down to 185 but not loose mass.

Squats
135x5
185x5
225x4
235x2

Deficits
135x5
225x10
245x5
275x3

The bar felt good. Has some more flex compared to regular OLY bars, but not too whippy. It felt like the weight came off of the floor faster. Ill have to do heavy sumo to really see how it does.

Yesterday was a quick chest day.

4x10 Incline

4x10 Flat Bench

4x10 Low Flys (Cable Machine)

4x10 Regular Flys (Cable Machine)

Ended with a killer ab workout. Gonna hit the shoulda's today and finish up a little bit of chest action where I was cut short yesterday.

1 more week of a block class and I'll have most of my weekdays back to hit it hard before the summer.
