You won't hit that plateau on Candito... Not for a long long time, like a year++ non stop.

Good on ya teaching the kids young. I wish someone was around to teach me the importance of health and strength when I was younger. Instead I learned all the ways to no get healthy and strong on my way to getting healthier and stronger, Ha!
I hear that man, that and if we had actually listened to advice when we were all younger we would all be better off. I'm out got some zzzz and gains to be had

Stand on the bosu ball in that position and do fast squats while holding a 14# medicine ball straight out from your body. It really gets the legs going.

Dragged my self to the gym, was very close to skipping. Guy was doing rack pulls with ~725 so that was a hell of a reminder of I ain't shit. :thumb:

Hit chest today, weak as f.. 225x12 was all I could do no spotter..

Legs tonight.. ended at 245x3 squats.

100 double unders and unbroken of 10 cleans and 10 walking lunges at 115.

Puke sesh. Gross.

Weighed in at 196.6, heaviest in a long time. I was 175 10/10/16 after a competition.

Stepped on the scale after the 450 and weighed in at 190

30 sec of bar muscle ups
30 sec rest
1 min max sled push @ 4 plates
3 min rest


B. 20 min:
even minutes: 5 DB incline bench press 75s
odds minutes: 5 wide grip pullups

Thanks Jesse. Everyone in the gym started watching at 405.. felt like a boss haha..

Bad thing is I've watched guys pull 6+ plates in there.. however they probably have 80-100 lbs on me
I have 50 on you and I've never pulled over 445, I 3 repped it, but I've never had more than that on the bar. It seems 405 is when people start looking. Especially my gym. I'm pretty much the strongest guy there at the time that I go.its a nice ego boost.:thumb:

Thanks Albert.. damn 405 felt good and 450 was a high. Havnt been there in a while

While warming up this AM, Pandora informed me that Metallica, Avenged Sevenfold, and Volbeat are coming to Denver in June. Scored tickets just as they went on sale. Successful gym session today. :thumb:

Tonight gonna get a belt after I measure myself and order some other chit...officially have a new addiction. Went once this week and it was rough. Got some sinus crap and throat has been sore from constant nose draining. Hopefully it clears up by Monday so I can start week 4 over. F sicknesses. And I'm jelly of that concert man, gonna be kick ass for sure.

Had a buddy show up today for a gym sesh.. was gonna train arms but we hit chest instead.. ended up with 305x1 on flat bench, 285x5 on decline, 185x6 on incline, heavy ass fly machine, and killed abs.

First time in a while I had failure on deads. Man does that feel weird on your hips and quads.

Incline 135x10 185x10x3 225x8. Decline 225x10 275x8x2. Cable flies 9 set's of 10. Dips til fail. To finish,flat bench 225 until you hit 30 reps. Worked out with someone on this workout.
