Trying to cut. Bench 135x10 185x10 225x10x3. Incline 145x10 185x10 205x10x2. Incline dumbbell press 70x10x4. Dips 3 sets to fail . Cable crossovers 4 sets 10 reps each. Bunch of triceps extensions of various weights , push-ups til fail. Treadmill for 25 min on max incline.

Bar rows,135x10x3,155x9x1. Pull ups 3 sets to fail. Upright rows 90x10x4. Lat pull downs 4 sets. Cable rows 4 sets. Machine rows 4 sets. Various bicep dumbbell curls til failure. Treadmill for 30min.

Went up to 365 today for a double on deads. This whole going slow is frustrating.

Ego lifting side of me sees idiots doing 405 half squats and wants to show em up, but, must not do that. Yet. :D

210lbs today. strength hasnt dropped too much. Im really wanting to eat everything and put weight back on now lmao.

How tall are you Sean? Whats your BF?

I'm giving up on cutting for now, it's too hard to make progress on my lifts when my calories/macros are so close to being plus or minus... And I really want my squat to go up for Feb. i'll worry about making 205 then:D

Albert, how do you feel about the effectiveness of overloads like that ?

Not real sure Matt? I have never had them programed for me before... I'm thinking they are helping me get accustomed to having max+ weight on my back. I find myself freaking out when I get under a weight I have never felt before:eek: Hope to hit around 450 this training cycle, we will see. It will come down to how well my tendons and ligaments heal up from the frequency.

Got on the scale...down to 167 and still dropping. Kinda going through a rough spell right now and life is kicking me in the ass, my weight is a large indicator of the stress I have. Sometimes I just want to sell everything, put the truck back to stock sell it, buy camo clothes and go move to the wilderness

i'm 6'2''. No idea what my bf is right now tho. probably 12-13%

Dont get down on a loss.Evaluate your diet and get the cals in...lots of cals.Last week and change i lost 15 lbs from slacking,diet and stress but loaded up and up 10 in 2 days,Dont give up and give it shit!!!
