So my little buddy from work wanted to get his max numbers on the Squat, Bench & Deadlift for an upcoming training cycle.
Squat (right hip has some bursitis in it and was not super pleased with my attempts, left knee has some patella tendon sorness as well. apparently I not built to squat 5 days in row each week:rofl
365x1 maybe had another 10-15 pounds. Hip and knee said Fu bro!
Bench
315x1 paused smoke show!
335x1 paused smoke show!
350x1 short pause and tough but got it
So hit a 5 pound PR on the bench and one of my milestone goals has been 350:thumb:
Deadlift
405x1 like a bare bar
455x1 same
475x1 little tougher but moved well
500x0 moved it some but ran out of steam to finish:baby: Was happy with it as I haven't done to much with the deads on this leg wrecker training cycle
So this Mofo is putting 405 bench on notice:rofl:
