Thanks for the well wishes gentlemen. Work has been beyond frusting and draining so haven't gone back to the gym since the other day...lost all care and motivation. Can't be good after only being at the new place for 2 weeks

I've used pre jym works great, heard pre kaged was good and pre carbon...think all 3 are only available at bodybuilding.com

Deadlift day, went wayyyyy to light with this cycle. Ah well.

Worked up to 375 double, my poor desk jockey hands. :rofl:Miss this status :thumb:

In Anchorage for my wife's BodyBuilding show. Left hotel to grab some grub on the way back to room I get on the elevator with The Ed Coan and Stan the Rhino Efferding WTF lol.

I never thought for the life of me there was a thread on this forum like this. I don't know how you guys work, workout, work on your truck, have a wife, and have time for this forum posting. Where is there time? You guys crack me up, I guess there will be a wife finding thread on here next I guess :roflmao:

So month two just started yesterday back at a gym. So after work yesterday,machine leg press 4 sets of various weight. Deadlift,135x15,185x10,225x9,245x7. Dumbell deadlift followed,80#x10,90#x10,100#x8. Machine leg extensions 4 sets,calf raises 4 sets 20 reps each. Then I did there powermill stair climber machine for 20 min,dam that mofo is tough but burned over 350 calories,good heart rate on that one. And still had time to wash my truck,talk with my kid,and watch a little football.

Worked up to a 5x275, and a 3x315 squat yesterday, and did some benching up to 245.Still hate benching, but squat is coming back quick. :D

So my little buddy from work wanted to get his max numbers on the Squat, Bench & Deadlift for an upcoming training cycle.

Squat (right hip has some bursitis in it and was not super pleased with my attempts, left knee has some patella tendon sorness as well. apparently I not built to squat 5 days in row each week:rofl:)
365x1 maybe had another 10-15 pounds. Hip and knee said Fu bro!

Bench
315x1 paused smoke show!
335x1 paused smoke show!
350x1 short pause and tough but got it:D So hit a 5 pound PR on the bench and one of my milestone goals has been 350:thumb:

Deadlift
405x1 like a bare bar
455x1 same
475x1 little tougher but moved well
500x0 moved it some but ran out of steam to finish:baby: Was happy with it as I haven't done to much with the deads on this leg wrecker training cycle:D

So this Mofo is putting 405 bench on notice:rofl:

BW is 210 @ 41 years old. Bring it, you young punks:hug:

I did bench yesterday...oh wow did I lose it all. Max is down like 30lbs or more. Last time I went my working reps was 145x15rx4s...yesterday was 120x15rx2s and 105x15rx2s. That being said I haven't been eating right, I couldn't get lose to save my life and I may as well been dehydrated as I was drinking water like a fish while I was there. I should've stopped and got to a yoga class. So goal for the week is to get diet and hydration back on point so I can start murdering my body again...I look small at 165

Forgot how much silly goes on at a retro gym, watched a kid walk the bar all the way out of the half rack, to then do... knee bends. :roflmao:

I worked up to a 5x275, followed by a 5x315 cause well, work sucked and it was needed.

Then the powermill stair climber. Still working my way back in the gym,with back problems,and getting older. F it.

Congrats on the bench PR! My goal is a measly 225. :baby:

My training is going well. Ready for the volume to go down.
I got the Volt Romaleos. Cant wait to try them out next week.
