Went and did bench and triceps. Felt good...not looking forward to the pain in the days to come lol.

Found out yesterday wife is pregnant so the hot rod is gonna go down the road. Need 4 full doors more than 2 and 2 half doors. Found a nice. 2011 2500hd cclb chevy ltz with a 6.0 which will make more sense for us. Little bummed as I like my truck but this shit is to damn expensive anymore for a poor white boy lol

1. Can I vary the lat pulldowns? Ie. Close, nuetral and wide grips
2. Can i change my shoulder exercise week to week?
3. Where can I get Romeleos for less than $200? Wtf!
