Since I joined anytime I have done 3 on 1 off for 4 cycles now. Doing legs once every 3 day cycle. Trying to work them back up because having disc issues sucks. I never inflame disc unless I twist wrong,slip,or have crappy form. So ,Smith machine has helped a bunch. Will post progress later but I have been hitting pretty hard. Btw,rows are an ass whooping compared to other cardio.

I'm gonna try, I'm honestly not sure what the best proportions would be. I have to get liquid calories in, it's the only way I'll come close to what is needed to grow. I have zero appetite and can literally go all day without eating anything. T

You need that mass gainer sh*t:D Wish I had that problem, I just read the ingredient label on a mass gainer and I start gaining weight:rofl:

I understand the disc issue Matt. Mine likes to feed me a dose of reality every once in awhile.

Matt did your knees get sore as hell on Smolov? What was your squat frequency and volume on that program? Not sure my old azz, beat up Moto knees can take these dedicated squat programs lol.

Squat was every other day, at 80 to 90 percent 1rm, after getting adjusted to the volume it wasn't bad. My cns took more of a hit than anything else. I focused on sleeping, and eating a lot along with orange triad for a multi seemed to come out of it alive :D

And I'm turning 29 next month so not as young as I wish I was anymore :happy2:

I'll be 29 in Nov and I feel 90. Something is really wrong in the back. Doesn't seem to be getting better. Can't do any form of twisting stretching or it get 100 times worse. Got laid off last Saturday so I have time for gym but my body is screaming nooooooo fuk you brock

I would kill for every other day haha. 5 squat days 2 off days, 3rd week in a row of that, squatting about 75-80% of max for trips with a sh*t ton of leg acc stuff. Next week is onlt 2 days so I think I can hack it:rofl:

I did apparently the project is finishing up and they don't have any other work. This whole effing state is this way, unless your in sales then there are jobs galore. I'm horrid at sales so works no so well

Looks good to me, I would be lil nervous about the improv weight but gotta make it work :thumb:

Focus on keeping your hips under load, and not switch it to lower back.

Check out the Naked Mass. Only 3 ingredients and it tastes like nothing. I add fresh ground peanut butter and a tsp of sugar and its delicious. 1250 cal, 50g protiein & 252g of complex carbs. They have it flavored also but i like adding my own.

Give it time to heal Chris. If an exercise is aggravating it I would probably back it down or do something different.

This might sound extremely weird but after the initial soreness it felt fantastic. Tuesday was the first time I was able to walk normally without a limp & my foot articulates without much pain. Maybe that extra pressure got the blood flowing correctly again?

Shitty day at work, and man did I miss the iron therapy. Even with 265 on my back, still helps work out some issues. :)
