Amen to that. I did a light workout on arms today. Not very imaginative when it comes to exercises and I don't have cables or dumb bells so I don't think of much but I did chest, arms, shoulders and traps. Tomorrow morning I'll anger the legs

Missed Mondays leg work out traveling, so I threw it in with my chest wo. Flew all day yesterday, got home at 4pm, hit the gym by 5:30pm.

Did some legs / back today since yesterday was a waste.

Calf raises on the first 3 sets of plates

Pull ups 3x10

Finished with some front squats and hyper extension abs

Yea, belt goes on last set of squats as a matter of habit. So far, its not aggravated me. Its the bent over motion during rows that aggravate it.

I am in no rush, like anything else, PL is a marathon

Great Pull! But.... I'm going to pick on it just a bit, only cause I see some potential for injury:hug:

Your pull is great to the top... Do Not hyper extend your low back like that (over exaggerated lock out) especially with no belt and dropping that much weight, super easy to injure your lower back like that. Other than that it is a beauty:thumb: Maybe follow it back down my body never likes dropping much over 400.

Again, very impressive pull. I want to see you keep going up:thumb:
