You guys are killing me!
I've only got a few dumb bells. Lol
But I do a myriad of exercises with and without them
I jump rope every morning for 10min or so to get the blood flowing and usually follow with some sort of rutine with the dumb bells, body weight exercises and stretches
Keeps me pretty damn fit tho...I've got the opposite problem as most ppl, I can't gain weight...if I work out too much, I just loose body fat, its incredibly difficult for me to net any gains, let alone maintain any gains...I loose weight in my sleep...:angel:
Last time I was actually "training" my body fat index was down to 9.6%
Now, as of 4mo ago, it was only 11.8% after 8 years of doing nothing substantial...
I'm 38 and I only weigh 20lbs more now, then when I was 16 LMAO!
