Cool front blew in last night,I could feel my tingle in the lower back. I decided to change it up without giving up on days like this. 60 minute walk/jog,covered 3.93 miles. Body weight squats 4x10. Front squats 95x20,105x10,125x10. Regular squats 135x20,185x10x3,135x20. Back feels so much better right now.

You guys are killing me!
I've only got a few dumb bells. Lol
But I do a myriad of exercises with and without them

I jump rope every morning for 10min or so to get the blood flowing and usually follow with some sort of rutine with the dumb bells, body weight exercises and stretches

Keeps me pretty damn fit tho...I've got the opposite problem as most ppl, I can't gain weight...if I work out too much, I just loose body fat, its incredibly difficult for me to net any gains, let alone maintain any gains...I loose weight in my sleep...:angel:

Last time I was actually "training" my body fat index was down to 9.6%
Now, as of 4mo ago, it was only 11.8% after 8 years of doing nothing substantial...
I'm 38 and I only weigh 20lbs more now, then when I was 16 LMAO!

Keep up the good work gents, and thank you for the motivation, who knows, someday I might actually have some muscles!

I've got the same thing going on. On one hand it's nice to be able to eat whatever whenever and look fine as hell:roflmao:, but I'd love to gain to weight myself. Eating 4000cals a day (clean) and then 2500 additional in shakes and pizza. Gotta nail 200lbs

Chicken quarters were on sale at .77 cents a lb, so needless to say, I have a few packs. Made a wine reduction braised concoction tonight with three of em :D This is what happens when I get left alone with the dogs and a kitchen :roflmao:

When I have i have to cook I buy meat and grill it or destroy the egg supply:D

Cholesterol is as foreign a word to me as cardio:spit:

I got family history of bad heart shens so gotta adjust things before I get old.

Otherwise, if you can read a recipe, you can cook. Baked chicken 1/4s are easy and good.
