Toss it on a scale or call the manf.
I just assume 45lb for bars, I can feel some bars are lighter and some are heavier.

You count everything always:thumb: What did you weigh that bar with? I highly doubt it's 20 lbs... It should be 44-55 lbs, some dead and special squat bars are in the 50 range but most everything else is 44-45 lbs.It is, just wasn't sure how that worked...all my plates are small. I'm still using a 1" bar. Weighed the bar tonight @ roughly 20lbs. Makes me feel even better.
