Toss it on a scale or call the manf.

I just assume 45lb for bars, I can feel some bars are lighter and some are heavier.

What are some of the supplements/pre-workouts everybody uses? Looking to get some ideas on what everyone likes.
I don't use too a much... Here is my list.
Pre- C4, NO explode, MIO energy (C4 is my favorite)
Protein- Dymatize ISO 100 (I'm at the top of my weight class so I watch my calories, the Dymatize is low cal high protein) Chicken, Beef, Fish, Pork
BCAA's take your pick, energy versions or plain.
Glucosamine
Fish Oil pills or straight... Straight is pretty rough:barf:
Gummi Multi Vitamin. I'm 40 so these make me feel better:D

It is, just wasn't sure how that worked...all my plates are small. I'm still using a 1" bar. Weighed the bar tonight @ roughly 20lbs. Makes me feel even better.:D
You count everything always:thumb: What did you weigh that bar with? I highly doubt it's 20 lbs... It should be 44-55 lbs, some dead and special squat bars are in the 50 range but most everything else is 44-45 lbs.

Quick little squat workout after my MSHA training class...
barx10
135x10
225x6
275x2 long paused
340x3x4

I got some foot placement tips from my IPF masters world champ friend Ben:thumb: Dude is super cool and plethora of powerlifting knowledge. I'm super lucky to call him a friend. Oh and he is also a IPF judge who was judging powerlifting in Finland this year.

Hopefully Bens tips can help my confidence with the squat.
