Dam stomach virus,sat on the toliet from 2 a.m. friday til 6 a.m. went to work ,had to move machines in the yard in a dam flooding rain all day. Layed up all weekend,but lifted today. Incline 135x20,205x10x6. 135x20. Military press 135x10x3,155x8x2. Incline flies 60#x10x4.

Had a crappy squat wo:mad: Back has been aggravated for a few days now...

Smashed chest today. More reps than weight. I could barely flat bench 135 when I finished.

Biggest number of the day was flat bench for 5 sets of 5 at 225.

Kinda made me feel like a puss lol

Smashed chest today. More reps than weight. I could barely flat bench 135 when I finished.

Biggest number of the day was flat bench for 5 sets of 5 at 225.

Kinda made me feel like a puss lol

^ I know different thickness on DB grips will throw me off by 10lbs sometimes.


That might be part of it, the other gym had fatter bars than this gym. I have big hands so I like a bigger bar.

Might could be... I have dragged the bathroom scales out into the gym before and weighed bars and plates:D


This gym is more dedicated to power lifting than college kids so maybe the weights are a little heavier.. Or maybe I'm using 100lb plates and not 45s

When doing leg press, do ya count just the plates or do you add in what ever the press is also. I only count the plates, but the press seems to weight a good bit also.

New record for me on leg press.

Then the rest of the leg work out.
