Gt4718r has I believe a 93mm turbine with about 4 different turbine ar's available. My turbonetics 88 is also ball bearing but has an F1 112/101mm turbine wheel with a 1.23 housing.

Tempting...not sure if it'd be a good match as an atmo to the DP3794???

It has a rather large turbine wheel and somewhat loose housing. It likes RPM and fuel. Absolutely wouldn't recommend this turbo on a stock motor truck. PM me if you would like more details so we can keep this thread on track.

Well finally got home and started working on this thing again. Have a turbo on the way, but it looks like I will be running a single for a little while. Found this in the exhaust crossover. Guess that was a cheap bellow.

Gonna fab up a temp downpipe from the 475 and run it that way for now I guess.

Built a new exhaust crossover. Ain't super pretty and no bellows but it should work. Plus it is a full 4" instead off choking down to 3".

No bellows on mine. Been great for the last 5 years when it was originally built and used on another truck. I believe some places use the bellows to help with install. It can be hard to keep a pipe that long with contours the same every time, then add exhaust heat.

I'm very curious to see how it runs with the 75 opposed to the 72. Let me know when your headed to Cecil again. It's only about 1 hour from me. Or if you feel like driving to Atco that's only 25 minutes away.

I'm not expecting much difference, but I think with the setup changes it could run a little better. Still waiting on a new 366, should be coming in soon.

Just ordered some AN fittings for the trans, cooling lines, and radiator. Going to move both coolers back up front with one fan and run the trans fluid back through the radiator again.

I lost one of the fans while I was home a few weeks ago (melted down) and it can not control the fluid temps with only one fan when the ambient temp is over 80°. I was seeing 210-215° while driving like a grandma. So with the two big coolers up front and the initial knockdown from coolant I think I will see very low trans temps.

Trans is running cool now!

Setup is two -10AN lines from the trans using ORB to -10AN fittings to the radiator using the same fittings, then to two setrab coolers mounted up front. Before this if I drove for 30 minutes in 80° weather the trans would hit 200° easy. The fans would stop temp rise but never bring the temp down at all unless I let the truck sit.

Drove the truck today for an hour, ambient temp 80°, and didn't see over 170° when romping on it. Once I started cruising again the temp came back down to 165° steady.

Pretty pleased.
