This is what i am thinking. I love the old squares and the new trucks just look like modernized square bodies. I like the new look. Just imagine that red truck lowered on 20's with a nice wide stance:happy2:
The best looking pickup in recent years to come off a gm assembly line was the 01-02 chevrolet hd's jmo.

well actually not. Not sure how you can judge the rear seat size from a picture.
Ive sat in one. The back seat is way bigger and has way more legroom than the 2001-2013 trucks.
Ben
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but aren't they like the Tundras now? Even the extended cabs have 4 full doors and the cc just have bigger doors. I think that pic posted is an ext cab... I could be wrong though

Yeah that has to be it. That pic of the red truck's rear door actually looks small like it would be an extended cab.... Haven't seen a 4 door yet at the lot that would look like a true 4 door. New trucks are still slowly showing up here and I'll keep my eyes open.
So because tires are round, all wheel openings should be round?

Agreed, but I prefer Cheyenne! :thumb:I think the best looking p/u of all time to roll of the General's line was the '67 - '72 GMC 4x4's.
I love them and the Jimmy's. Someday I am going to get one.
Look at the attached pics and you tell me what fender matches the tires the best. The above mentioned IMO hands down!
Yes.
Symmetry makes the lines flow better and it plain just looks better.
Those of you that think the square fenders look better have never seen a nice sports car ever obviously. And probably failed kindergarten too (round peg square hole) LOL!
It is. I saw a cc in passing yesterday, there's several on the road here in my little town. It actually surprises me people around here are buying them already. After seeing a few different colors I do like them more than just the red and white ones I'd seen previously. But anyway, the cc I saw on the road had massive rear doors. A lot bigger than my 05.

I just left the lot we bought 2013 single cab 2500. The 2014 trucks are really nice, by far rhr the quiestest cab I have ever been in. I wasnt to keen on there styling either but seeing them first hand changed my mind. They had a couple that were lifted, looked really nice. My da dad is going back to see what kind of deal they work him on a ccsb 4x4
