My neighbor has a half ton Z71, I haven't seen the inside yet but the outside looks great. Crew cab with a full size short bed.
I don't like the stupid step in the bumper and how square they have the fender wells. I think from the mirrors back look like a Dodge
The dash layout is similar to fords on the 1/2 tons. The inside looks really nice. But I don't like the super square fenders much either

Ugliest truck chevy has ever made ill buy a ford before that ugly thing.... the interior is at least a step in the right direction

I say the same thing but personally I'm kinda sick of saying "maybe it will grow on me".
I used to not really notice the square fenders wells of the GMs until a coworker pointed them out. Sadly, I agree, the new ones look bad. But otherwise, I REALLY like the looks.

As already said, it's just too over the top with the squareness. Not bad design in other areas. I like the previous generation GMs a lot, Never been a fan of chevs after the 07 switch

Your just h8tn on the h8tr's cuz you drive a new square fender truck. Deep down inside you know it's wrong and just can't accept it cuz you are waiting for it to "grow" on you too lol!
I'll keep driving my "classic" iron till she rusts out around me or GM gets with it and puts round fenders on them again.
The "square body" trucks ('73-'87 ('91 on Blazers/Suburbans)) that everyone seems to love so much had very square wheel openings.

I hate the square fenders. You've got to do some serious cutting to even fit a decent sized tire under there, and then you have to do a lift.
But I do like the front ends, they look more like a HD truck if that makes sense. Competes better with the ford and dodge front end if you lift it of course :?
