Everything seems to be running good. Finally took a short speedo video. It's funny watching the video, it doesn't look anywhere near as fast as it feels.

Your 3-4 shift really hangs there. How many wot runs you got on it?

Only a couple, maybe 5 max. That's the first one from a dead stop. Here's a screenshot of the log file, looks like it's locking the converter and then immediately shifting 3-4, think that would make it seem like it's hanging?

You need to load the trans tune I sent you! Your bottom end would rip if the converter was locking before 60 lol

Does yours lock consistently? I'm torn on whether or not to mess with the TCM. I want to try efilive bidi controls to see if they will work like a lockup box would.

THe bidi controls will make it act funky when you release the command. EVery truck iv locked in on the dyno always gets funky. And yes the lockup command in tuning is flawless. Some higher rpms will make that thing happy. 3600rpm shifts i think are awesome.

Yes it would, what's strange though is your slip isn't all that bad. Drop your tune down one click and drive that for a while, WOR and all. Your really draining that rail and I'm wondering if that has something to do with it. I've seen it cause gears to hold

I wouldn't go throwing tcm tunes in this. Specially after what we were just talking about. Unless you pull your tune as it sits right now and send it out, you will have to have the trans relearn all over again before you go jammin on it. I don't believe it to be tuning just yet ;)
