Eeek. Hey random question, do they make "new" cast wheels for the ihi? Curious since they don't make lb7 anymore if the ihi still produces them

That looks good Greg!!!:thumb:
It's one of those things you have to take lots of breaks if you want it to look good, haha.

Brock - I don't use any air tools, all electric or by hand. I don't have a large enough compressor for air tools.

I used a flap disc to get the casting marks off. The dremel helped to get down in the recessed center section of the inlet. Fine steel wool helped a bunch also.

Well that makes me feel better. I just used a 100 grit 1" sanding drum, 1 wire wheel, and 120 grit 1" flapper wheel. Did pretty good

I know what you mean about turning black though. Aluminum dust is extremely dirty

Got the back plate of the compressor housing done. Still working on the front. Its very time consuming I dont think I could do it for a living.

Is the 366 as rough as the ihi? I haven't seen one in person. It took a lot of patience its still not perfect either. But I am happy with it. I am ready to get it back together, this is like waiting for Christmas when I was a kid.
I also need to find someone to balance. Might hit up Mark once again.
