Never thought about that really. Think you can rattle can clear?
Are you guys clear coating these after you polish so they don't suffer from oxidation?
Josh,
I've not clear coated one before but haven't had a problem with them oxidizing. That 366 I had on before never oxidized.
I've clear coated other aluminum piece's I've polished before but it left them dull looking. Just my experience.

That's interesting info to have. I've never had any first hand experience with polished compressor housings; I just made an assumption that bare aluminum would oxidize and dull over time. If that hasn't been the case in your experience, I guess there's no need to fix what isn't broke! :thumb:
A bur bit and a die grinder is what worked for me. Russell may machine his by now.
Just received my 366 cover back from Russell. Polish job is amazing, I'm really impressed considering what he had to start with!
Thanks again!!

How could anyone be unhappy with your work
Not yet, I know what I want to do but need some money to buy the S475 to start building it.Any details on a 475 kit yet? Curious if or what you have in store.
I'm interested to hear about the fellow in Wyoming that got your super stocker and 475 in the 1.1 AR?
