176 is the part that goes through the firewall. Got it.The 4125-176 is the part inside that connects to the column and extends out side and connects to the 435-121 version.
It's collapsible.
Yes, That's the collapsable part in case of a severe accident to keep the column out of your chest like the old cars...176 is the part that goes through the firewall. Got it.
Wonder how involved that will be. it didn't "collapse" easily and most definitely not going to "extended" easily
I'm familiar with the functionality of the stuff. Just figured it was the part in the engine bay due to how easy one can bend the bellowsYes, That's the collapsable part in case of a severe accident to keep the column out of your chest like the old cars...
The Borgeson replacement I have here is also stiff and requires alot of force to extend and collapse it.
Just Ran my own. The couple places I called including fast line their techs didn't really have any hands one experience/knowledge when pressed on specific questionsNice!!! I was digging through the parts for my LBZ build and I saw that thing sitting there staring me in the face.
What did you end up doing for all the main Brake lines? Were you able to source from that company in your area?
Lines where not hard to run when there is no cab/bed in the way ... lolWell that's a bummer but glad you took care of it.
Yep it's a relief, pulling a trigger found a RCSB truck with power windows, locks and mirrors going to upgrade my truck to them, hopefully it's plug and play for the electrical side.Nice! I had to pay $5 this year...
I wish I knew the electrical side better on the GMT 900. I can pull diagrams and you can check the wires and see if they are in place on the dash side.Yep it's a relief, pulling a trigger found a RCSB truck with power windows, locks and mirrors going to upgrade my truck to them, hopefully it's plug and play for the electrical side.
