Tbars are in, coated with healthy amount of anti-seize, need to put front. cV shafts back in, manage to get the old shocks off to help set the front suspension.
Need to get brake lines ran to the rear axle.
Swap fuel tank.. the one that came with the frame is drilled for a sump.
New booster to steering box line
Need to lay chassis electrical. Set cab back down.
Sisters care package arriving yesterday slowed me down decent amount 🤣

So what was the deal with the Lower control arm mount and brace??? Did that Chassis have a lift kit on it prior or something?

I have a spare set of nice Imperial tubing benders I could've shipped you
Thanks, everything thing seams to be tightening down when double flared.
Find out if it hold when I put pressure to the system. Good thing everything is new so it should be substantially easier to fix. Lol

All the lines where SAE and all the fittings are imperial/metric that I pulled off.. still haven't found replacements fitting for the wheel hub corners of the frame.

Cab is back on, held on by the 4 good body mounts.
Fuel tank mounted.
Harnesses laid out. Need to get something to hold them in place.. probably get some 3/8" cushion line clamps then bolt those to the frame and zip tie the harness too them.
Wanted to have truck "done-ish" by February.. probably be moving but not road worthy yet.

So I called the dealer and they Claim... those were part of the harness and not sold separately...
I can only find Auveco #16941 that list a 1" I.D. 1 9/32" O.D. which I don't believe is large enough.

I know I have seen larger ones.

I guess some insulated ones screwed to the frame will do the job...

Otherwise you could probably use these universal wire ties with push in clips.

Anyone know what the length is supposed to be? Mines "short" by ~.75-1.00"
I'm thinking i might have compressed the bellows getting it off originally

It may be that the upper was pushed in and is retracted. The upper has a sliding column to it which is usually where the clunk comes from...
