pull the lower radiator hose next time and it should drop the coolant out of the block low enough you wont have to worry about the cups

I got the truck finished last night :happy2: , never started it because i need to replace the strater first it started acting up on me 2 weeks ago and decided it would give up the ghost when i first cranked the truck over , hopefully get a starter put in tonight and finally start it to make shure there are no problems .

I'm excited to see it fly too. You've definitely put together a helluva truck. I want to see it run down the track with the dual CP3s though.... even if it is turned down. Which turbo are you running? The original one from MPI or a different turbo? I wasn't aware you had a 3rd option?

I'm still jonesing for my new MPI kit. Can't wait to try that big bad boy you got on my truck and finally let the poor thing breathe! It'll be nice to see ONLY 1400* at the end of the track instead of what i'm seeing now. Hoping to see significant drive pressure loss too!

One thing for sure - you're paving the way. I think after seeing your mods and what you've gained, my next steps are full headers, and then from there, dual CP3s. Of course, that will take me until winter to have the $$$ for. I want 12.5s on my big ass dually with a single CP3, and 11.5 on dual.... That should be cookin for 8200#s...

I'm hoping we have a good turnout. Still haven't heard too much talk about who's coming... but should be fun regardless.

Put 30 miles on the truck this morning and all is good , I was really suprised that i didnt have to change a thing for idle ! I was able to drive to work with my old tune in .

I forgot my Laptop at work, so today i can finally get a tune loaded and put the screws to it I'll keep ya posted , its hard to really say much when i have only went 1/8-1/4 throttle , but so far the truck idles really smooth and it seems like it will be a breeze for Rob to tune . Thanks George :hug:
