    Oil System

Are you having over heat issues? none of our pullers run oil coolers, and most on factory D-max oil pan/factory capacity. we watch oil temp on all of them during season and at the Dyno. They are all Full Filled Blocks as well. we run the Socal High pressure oil pumps with External Relief and a...

Can't use LML heads on an LBZ.

Timed ( Toothed Belts) CP3 Pumps and the reasoning behind this

No it's not. I did that setup 4 yrs ago and we ran it on several trucks. Using our billet front cover now driving three off the cam and the waterman lift pump.

Can you buy a new Lbz block?

Lml blocks are heavier yet than LBZ/LMM blocks. I've got a few new ones here. That's what we use in our built engines with new lml cranks. We have had blocks sleeved in the past also it can be done. Sleeve was around $180 IIRC plus machine and installation.

    pvc

FYI Guys LML PCV's are 3/4" hose and there is only one barb, on the driver side valve cover. 5-6' of 3/4" fuel hose works great. It is not the same as 04.5-10 trucks. You will also need a blocker plate for the inlet horn. Merchant makes a nice one.

    Trpiple cp3

There are different ways to route them depending on what accessories you are still using and what year it is. Best way is to use a flexible tape measure or rope and wrap it around all pulleys in the route that you want then get a belt just a touch shorter than that.

    LML CP4 Problems

yes strongly recommended. additive never hurts either considering failures stem from lubricity & contamination 98% of the time.

    LML CP4 Problems

don't need to lift cab. we do conversions weekly here in just 3-5 hours (on Already EGR deleted trucks) with EGR your talking closer to 10-12 hrs all failures we've seen have been related to poor fuel quality/contamination. once they fail is what really gets expensive. 9 times of out 10...

    Lift pump or CP3 Conversion?

I would say almost half of the cp3 conversion kits we sell are to people with failed CP4's. Fuel quality has a lot to do with the cp4 failing IMO. Convert it!

    2015 Axle Shaft Lateral Runout

In regards to your last question, no the 01-10 model axles WILL NOT fit on your 15. You'll need shafts from an 11-15 model. I have a used set from an 11 if your interested in testing your theory, vs buying brand new parts.

    Lmm dp on lml

no it will not. the LML turbo outlet is angled roughly 15* back, where the lmm and older trucks are straight out.

    Ats dual fueler question

Ben, I understand you had some issues with one of my kits that you purchased 2+ years ago thru Matt when I first started building them. Actually yours may have been one of the first LLY's I had done at the time as I was just getting into dual pump kits. Needless to say our kits have changed...

    Flow

My experience and personal opinion. Massive flowing heads don't mean shit. Same with huge cams. 1950+ hp, single charger, "mild hand ported" factory heads stock valves and a mild cam. And done with only 85 psi boost and 4000rpm. Sure ported heads are not hurting anything, but some of the...
